Corrugated sidewall conveyor belts are widely used in material transportation in the fields of ports, metallurgy, mining, electricity, coal, casting, building materials, grain, and chemical industry. It can continuously convey various bulk materials at any angle of 0-90 degrees. It has the characteristics of large conveying inclination, wide application range, small footprint, no transfer point, reduced civil engineering investment, low maintenance cost, and large conveying capacity.

It solves the conveying angle that ordinary conveyor belts or patterned conveyor belts cannot achieve. Corrugated sidewall conveyor belts can be designed into a complete conveying system according to requirements, avoiding the complexity of the lifting system for intermittent and complex conveying. Corrugated sidewall conveyor belts can convey various bulk materials in horizontal, inclined, vertical and variable angle directions, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizers and grain. The material particle size is not limited, ranging from very small particle size to 400mm large particle size, and the conveying capacity can be from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour.

Our corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is engineered with high-strength EP or NN fabric carcass, delivering excellent tensile performance and low elongation.  Designed for steep angle material handling, it features molded corrugated sidewalls and cleats, ensuring maximum capacity with minimal spillage.  Ideal for coal mining, cement plants, metallurgy, grain transportation, and port loading systems, this belt is available in abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant, or oil-resistant rubber cover grades to suit various industrial demands.  Custom widths, cleat heights, and sidewall profiles are available for OEM and bulk orders.
