Built with high-strength carbon steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, these idlers provide reliable belt support and reduce belt sag, improving overall conveyor efficiency. Available in 20°, 30°, 35°, and 45° trough angles, they are compatible with belt widths from 500mm to 2000mm.
The rollers are precisely machined with low-friction labyrinth seals and high-quality deep groove ball bearings (6204, 6205, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and extended service life.
