Features: The solid core flame-retardant conveyor belt is made by impregnating the core with polyvinyl chloride impregnating paste and then plasticizing or vulcanizing it. It features high strength, large transportation capacity, and balanced transportation. At the same time, it has excellent flame-retardant, anti-static, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance properties. Flame-retardant conveyor belts are mainly divided into two categories: PVC type and PVG type. The upper and lower covering rubber of the PVC type are both PVC cover rubber, with a single-sided thickness of more than 0.8mm. The upper and lower covering rubber of the PVG type are both a combination of nitrile rubber and PVC, with a single-sided thickness of 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation inclination Angle of PVC conveyor belts is less than 16°, and that of PVG conveyor belts is less than 20°. Both can be used for transportation both above and below the coal mine surface.
